The first week of June is over and so is our annual
beach/camp/surf trip.
Every year for the past 6 we've had at least a head high or
better swell show up. This year the
swell was small and inconsistent. But with no swell forecast hype there was
very little crowd, or no crowd at all.
My son and I surf together often but, seldom is it just the 2 of us in the
water. But this year on our trip we
surfed for a time by ourselves... in the middle of the day no less.
